Founded by Executive Pastry Chef Robin McCoy, the bakery became known for handcrafted desserts, signature dessert rolls, and distinctive herb-infused creations. These original desserts earned recognition throughout the Temecula Valley and helped establish Robin’s Nest as a creative and community-centered culinary business.
